Marley Internship Project

The Marley Internships Project was designed to provide job placement opportunities for youths who are attached to existing training programmes at institutions such as National Youth Service, Heart Trust/ NTA, Ministry of Labour and Social Security, Trade Works Foundation or high schools which require their students complete community service or training hours. This year, we provided internships for five (5) individuals.

Rohan Mitchell placed in the Marley Internship Project through the Trade Works Foundation pictured teaching dance sessions at the One Love Youth Camp. Rohan conducted singing, dancing and music sessions at the camp.

Participating interns were exposed to training areas such as:

  • Administrative duties
  • Project Management
  • Social Media Management
  • Procurement
  • Monitoring and Evaluation
  • Data Management
  • Event Planning

The interns were exposed to the above-mentioned training through the implementation of the Marley for Education Project, the execution of the One Love Youth Camp, the execution of the Women of Fortitude Panel Discussion and as volunteers at the Starkey Health Fair.
